“Good Weed” is the Cuban name for “Mentha Spicata,” a fascinating plant with aromatherapy benefits.

It’s the widely distributed American spearmint, commonly found in various British and American products, from toothpaste to chewing gum.
Its aroma is fresh, spicy, slightly herbal, and has just the right amount of cooling: when released into the air, it can invigorate the mind, improve concentration, and help relieve headaches and motion sickness.
“Good grass” is what Cubans call the mint (Mentha spicata) we grow, a fascinating plant with aromatherapy benefits. Spicy mint (Mentha spicata) has a slightly spicier flavor than peppermint. When consumed, it has local anesthetic, expectorant, antispasmodic, and digestive-aiding effects.
